Project Overview

Located within LMD's One Ninety development in New Cairo, Drop The Shop Flagship was conceived as more than a retail destination — it was designed as a contemporary cultural hub where fashion, art, wellness, hospitality, and community converge under one roof.

The space offers a curated selection of exclusive sneakers, international streetwear labels, and distinctive local brands, featuring names such as Represent, Carhartt, Patta, and other globally recognized labels. Rather than following the conventions of traditional retail, the design embraces a refined European concept-store aesthetic, drawing inspiration from brutalist and industrial warehouse environments. A palette of muted grey tones and textured epoxy finishes creates a raw architectural backdrop that intentionally allows the merchandise, artwork, and experiences within the space to take center stage.

Beyond fashion, the flagship integrates a carefully curated ecosystem of complementary brands and experiences, including UBUNTU Art Gallery, Frame Hair Studio, Place Pilates, Rue Coffee, Bloombar, and Pachamama, El Gouna's renowned brunch destination. Together, these concepts transform the project into a dynamic lifestyle destination that encourages visitors to linger, connect, and engage.
