Ahmed El Banna
Founder & Chief Executive Officer CEO
A visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Lighthouse Construction, Ahmed El Banna brings over a decade of experience across finance, investment, and real estate. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management and Finance from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University, Boston.
Ahmed began his career in wealth management and investment analysis before founding Premier Brokerage and later establishing Lighthouse Construction in 2020. His strategic acumen and leadership have positioned Lighthouse as one of Egypt's leading fit-out and contracting firms—recognized for its precision, transparency, and client-first philosophy.
Marco Malak
Partner & Chief Operations Officer COO
With a Bachelor of Architecture from Ain Shams University, where he graduated among the top 10% of his class, Marco Malak brings over a decade of experience in architecture, construction management, and technical coordination.
Having worked with some of Egypt's most established construction and consultancy firms—including Modern Interiors, CCC, and SCAS—Marco has led landmark projects across administrative, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Since joining Lighthouse Construction in 2024 as Partner and COO, Marco has been instrumental in strengthening operational excellence, technical delivery, and project scalability—transforming LHC's execution capabilities and elevating its standard of precision and efficiency.
Omar El Banna
Partner & Business Development Director
A dynamic strategist with an international perspective, Omar El Banna holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Bentley University in Massachusetts, USA. He began his career at John Hancock Financial in Boston, managing client portfolios and financial operations, before returning to Egypt to join BPE Partners, one of the country's leading investment firms.
At Lighthouse Construction, Omar leads the company's business development division, overseeing partnerships, client relations, and market expansion. His strategic insight and network have been integral in driving growth, forming key alliances, and positioning LHC as a partner of choice for distinguished developers and brands.
